Are You Bringing Top Talent to Your Clients?

“We usually associate branding as the Marketing Department’s baby but it’s not, everyone within your organization is part of the brand,” maintains HR pro Chris Fields, who blogs at CostofWork.com. He writes that when searching for top talent, there’s no room for ambiguity. “For instance, if a company uses social media to find new talent and then discourages social media usage; that’s a fail.”  Fields says that top talent wants the best of the best and will go elsewhere if you can’t provide it.
