Atlanta General Contractor is searching for a Superintendent with commercial construction experience.     80% of this company’s projects are in the Atlanta area.  It is very rare that you would need to travel. 

Projects are commercial renovations, tenant interiors, and ground-up.  They include offices, higher education, healthcare, and light industrial projects.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all on-site self-performing crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety, maintain schedule, and build the project within budget.
• Maintaining a great relationship with the client.

Qualification Requirements:

• At least 5 years' experience working in commercial construction as a Superintendent for a GC or CM.
• You must have excellent client relationship and communication skills.

Salary level:

• $85K - $110K/year, depending on experience, plus a company truck, and an excellent benefits package including healthcare, dental, vision, 401K, etc..
