National Specialty Contractor is searching for an Operations Manager for their established Mid-Atlantic Division in Beltsville, MD.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple Project Managers.  Review schedules and budgets.  Meet with owners, work with the estimating department during bid reviews and subcontractor solicitation.   Report to Mid-Atlantic Division General Manager.

Qualification Requirements:

• At least 10 years’ experience in an operations manager role working for a general contractor or subcontractor managing multiple project managers and projects at a time. These projects can be commercial, civil or industrial in nature.  Any type of construction with individual contract values in excess of $5M and annual volume in excess of $50M will qualify you.
• A 4 year degree is required.

 Candidates whose experience has been working for an owner, owner's rep, or design firm do not qualify and will not be considered.  

You must currently live within the greater Washington D.C/ Baltimore metropolitan area.  If you live within the area, but do not live within commuting distance of Beltsville, Maryland reasonable relocation expenses will be paid.

Compensation:  $95,000 -$120,000/ year plus a vehicle allowance and fuel.   Bonus program of up to  25% of annual salary, paid in quarterly installments.  Medical, dental, & 401K.
