Major developer in Atlanta is looking for a Commercial Project Manager with proven ground up and renovation experience who can manage and oversee general contractors on large retail development projects from inception through completion. Responsibilities include working with the development and general contractor to ensure that all construction services are delivered according to contract specifications, on budget, according to schedule and with a high standard of quality, managing cost reports, analyzing budget variances and recommending strategies to lower project costs, ensuring that all jobs are completed according to plans, are within budget and according to promised deadlines, delivering timely and accurate reports, inspecting all field work, ensuring labor budgets are on track, and maintaining accurate activity logs.
