National Top 20 heavy civil General Contractor has an immediate need for an experienced Senior Estimator with a strong background in estimating large, self-performed, concrete structures for their SE Division based in Atlanta. This person will lead the self-performed concrete estimates for this division and report directly to the Chief Estimator of this division.

You will be in charge of the estimating all types of civil concrete structures for water & waste water treatment plants, bridges, pump stations, retaining walls, dams, etc.. You will be an essential part of the estimating team on some of the largest and most prestigious heavy civil projects in the U.S. Typical projects range from $50 Million to $750 Million. The concrete packages range from $5M to $200M.

You do not have to currently live in the Atlanta area. Reasonable relocation expenses will be paid.

Only limited travel will be required. You will be home nearly every night.

Qualifications:
• A minimum of 5 years working for a self–performing GC or turnkey concrete contractor on concrete projects in a Project Management &/or Estimating role is required.

• For at least 2 years, out of the last 4 years, you must have been in a senior, lead, or chief estimator role in charge of leading the entire concrete estimate on projects where the self-performed concrete package value was in excess of $5M.

• Experience Estimating the Self-performed Concrete work on W/WWTP projects is preferred but not required. Work with Bridges, dams, locks, stadiums or arenas is acceptable.

• Prior experience working in the field as a Project Engineer, APM, or Project Manager on concrete projects is preferred.
Experience with HCSS software is a plus.

Compensation: $75K - $110K /year depending on experience.
