General Contractor specializing in Government projects is searching for a Construction Estimator.

This position is located in Mayfield Heights, Ohio. Relocation costs will be paid.

The Estimator will be responsible for estimating, performing takeoffs, soliciting subcontractor quotes, preparing proposals, conceptual estimates, progress estimates, and bids for negotiated projects. . Projects range in value from $100K - $10M.

Experience with NAVFAC and/or Department of Veteran Affairs is required. Experience with occupied Healthcare facilities is a plus.

Candidate must be proficient in scheduling software including MS Project and/or Primavera P6

At least 3 years' of cost estimating experience is required with at least 2 years’ experience bidding federal projects.

A 4-year degree is required, construction-related degree is preferred

Compensation $65K-$80K/year depending on experience.
