Description
Toledo-based Multifamily developer/builder is looking for an Estimator with experience in stick built multifamily construction for their corporate office.
This is a solid company that has been in business for over forty years.
This position will perform all activities required to estimate stick built multifamily housing projects.
2-5 years, wide-based experience in estimating multifamily wood frame construction is essential.
Ability to use computerized construction takeoff and pricing software is required.
A 4 year construction related degree is preferred, but not required.
Compensation: $70K-$90K, depending on experience, plus benefits and healthcare.
