Description
Charlotte, NC General Contractor specializing in commercial and hospitality construction is searching for an experienced Project Manager. This is a highly respected General Contractor that has projects throughout the Carolinas. Project Sizes range from $1M - $50M. You will report to the Charlotte office. Occasional travel to jobsites will be required.
Responsibilities:
• Work with the estimating department during the preconstruction process to provide insight on schedule and construction methods.
• Be the direct contact for the project owner and their consultants.
• Responsible for managing all business aspects of the project as well as provide direction to the field Supervision.
Qualification Requirements:
• At least 10 years’ experience working for a GC or CM in project management or preconstruction is required.
• You must have excellent client relationship and communication skills.
• For at least the last 5 years you must have managed hospitality & /or general commercial construction projects while working for a GC or CM.
• Working as an owner’s rep or for an A/E firm will not be considered.
• You must currently live within commuting distance of Charlotte. No relocation will be paid.
Salary level:
• $90K - $110K/year, depending on experience, plus vehicle and an excellent benefits package.
