Construction Project Manager – Federal Construction

A reputable and stable general contractor is looking for a Project Manager with federal construction experience on military bases. Army Corp of Engineers/USACE and/or NAVFAC project experience is also required.

Complete P&L responsibility of all aspects of the construction project. Negotiate subcontracts, manage costs, work with owner & Architect, maintain relationships with owner, A/E, and subcontractors.

Project sizes are approximately $20 Million and are design build/renovation projects however, projects are increasing in size and value.

Some regional travel may be required for projects.

This position requires at least 8-10 years’ experience with federal construction projects as a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager or Project Executive working for a General Contractor.

A 4 year construction-related degree is preferred, but not required.

Compensation: Up to $150K/year, depending on experience along with a car allowance. Relocation or housing will be provided for the selected candidate
