Description
Top 200 Commercial Construction General Contractor is searching for a Corporate Construction Scheduler/ Project Controls Manager for commercial, healthcare and multifamily projects in the Atlanta area. You will be responsible for leading the scheduling and project controls tasks for this $1 Billion/year GC. This position will lead all scheduling for the company, provide direction and training to Project Schedulers, and ensure all schedules are prepared and updated timely.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 10 years’ experience in management, estimating, or scheduling of commercial construction projects.
- You must have been in a position of managing a team of schedulers for multiple projects in excess of $50M/each for at least 2 years.
- You must have been in a manager role directing multiple schedulers on multiple construction projects at a time, each project must have been in excess of $25M, or one project at a time in excess of $100M, for at least the last 3 years.
- You must be capable of creating a detailed project schedule with input from project managers and supervisory personnel on your own. This must include cost and man-hour loading on a commercial construction project in excess of $100M.
- Proficiency using Primavera P6 is required.
Compensation:
- $115,000 - $170,000/yr. plus benefits.
- Reasonable relocation expenses will be paid.
