North Carolina General Contractor specializing in commercial and hospitality construction is searching for an experienced Superintendent. This is a highly respected General Contractor that has projects throughout the Carolinas. Project Sizes range from $1M - $50M.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise all on-site self-performing crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety, maintain schedule, and build the project within budget.
• Maintaining a great relationship with the client.

Qualification Requirements:
• At least 7 years' experience working in commercial or hospitality construction as a Superintendent for a GC or CM.
• You must have excellent client relationship and communication skills.
• You must live in the Charlotte area or be willing to relocate there. No relocation costs will be paid.
• You must be willing and able to travel outside the Charlotte area for project assignments within the Carolinas. Out of town living expenses and per diem will be paid when working away from Charlotte.

Salary level:
• $90K - $110K/year, depending on experience, plus vehicle and an excellent benefits package.
