Description
Atlanta General Contractor is searching for an experienced construction Superintendent for ground-up and renovations of K-12 school & commercial projects. All projects are in the Metro-Atlanta area.
Requirements:
• You will be responsible for supervising all field activities for self-performed and subcontracted work. Project sizes vary from $1M - $7M.
• Your initial assignment will be on a $5M free standing addition to a high school.
• At least 4 years’ experience in construction is required, with at least 1 year of experience as the lead Superintendent on a K-12 school renovation or ground-up project.
• Must be able to use a computer and perform layout.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certificate required.
Compensation:
• Base salary $75K - $90K, depending on experience, plus truck allowance.
