Multiple Southeastern U.S. locations - Southeast based Multifamily Developer/Builder that also performs 3rd party construction has an immediate need for Superintendents to work on multifamily construction projects at locations throughout the Southeastern U.S. Locations include Atlanta, Savannah, Richmond, Charlotte, Knoxville, Memphis, Tampa, Huntsville, Birmingham, Covington, LA, as well as others.

This highly respected company that has been in business for over 30 years. All their projects are negotiated, no hard bid. They are growing and need qualified Superintendents to help them continue that growth.

This company is looking for a long term employee. This is not a single project assignment.

You will be working on-site. If you do not live in the immediate area of the project, out of town living expenses will be paid. Travel costs to go home every other weekend will be paid.

Responsibilities include:
• On-site supervision of subcontractors and all construction operations, subcontractor scheduling, and material deliveries.
• Ensure timely, quality, and cost-effective completion of projects
• Travel will be required but out of town living expenses will be paid. Costs to travel home every other weekend will be paid.

Requirements:

• You must have at least 5 years’ of recent experience working as a Construction Superintendent on ground- up multifamily projects for a GC or Developer/builder.
• Must be able to build and maintain excellent relationships with the client and subcontractors.
• Experience as a Superintendent on stick-built garden style, podium, student housing, or urban style ground-up apartment construction is required.

Compensation:
• $100K-$130K depending on experience.
• Excellent health benefits package.
• Out of town living expenses will be paid.
