National drywall & framing contractor is searching for a Division Manager for their Charlotte, North Carolina Division.

Responsibilities:

• This position reports directly to the President of the company.
• Oversight of all construction staff, materials and logistics, equipment, procurement as well as management of subcontractors.
• Attend preconstruction meetings and become the main contact between the clients and the company.
• Ensure RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, are being created, tracked, and responded to in a timely manner.
• Perform Bid Analysis, Unit Cost Development, and Production rate tracking.
• Ensure all projects are adhering to company policies, safety procedures, schedule, and budget.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Construction Management of drywall and metal framing operations.
• Must have experience with the Field Operations, Estimating, and Sales, of a Drywall and Framing contractor.
• Must have experience directing multiple commercial construction projects at a time, including new construction as well as renovations.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in working with plan documents, On-Screen Takeoff and Quick-Bid estimating system is required.
• Computer literacy with demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Project (Word, Excel), Plan grid, smart-bid, iSq-ft (preferred) and Internet savvy individual is required

 Compensation:

• $120K - $140K/ year
• Lucrative Performance Based Bonus Program
