Exceptional opportunity for an experienced tilt-up concrete Construction Estimator / Project Manager in Jacksonville, Florida.

Florida based Concrete Contractor is searching for an experienced Estimator/ Project Manager to join their growing team in Jacksonville, FL. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in tilt-up concrete construction, a solid understanding of estimating and project management, and a passion for leadership and continuous improvement. Project Management experience/interest is a plus, but not required. If you prefer working strictly in an estimator role, we will consider that as well.
Estimating
• Review bid invitations, construction requirements, and drawings
• Prepare accurate material, labor, and equipment take-offs
• Obtain pricing from subcontractors and vendors
• Develop and submit complete and competitive bids
• Track bid outcomes and provide market insights
• Analyze job budgets vs. actuals and document lessons learned
Project Management
• Plan and manage all aspects of assigned projects
• Oversee scheduling, submittals, budgeting, contracts, and quality/safety controls
• Coordinate with superintendents and attend project meetings
• Maintain project files, manage change orders, and provide financial oversight
• Handle customer billing and provide weekly status updates to management
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in tilt-up concrete construction with a large concrete contractor or self-performing GC.)
• Bachelor’s degree (required)
• Strong technology skills and the ability to adapt to new tools
• Excellent character and team-oriented mindset
• Self-motivated with leadership aspirations

Salary $120 K - $140K plus a great bonus plan.
