Description
Southeast Regional General Contractor is searching for an experienced Estimator for healthcare construction projects for their Jacksonville, FL Division. No travel required.
If you are an Estimator or Preconstruction Manager interested in a long-term career opportunity, with a great company and tremendous advancement opportunities, this is it.
• This person will perform takeoffs, prepare estimates, solicit subcontractor quotes, and prepare bids and proposals, for negotiated design/build and conceptual projects.
• Typical projects are all types of hospital related construction; ground-up, remodels, additions, etc.. as well as MOB’s and imaging centers. Project values range from $5M to $100M.
Requirements:
• At least 5 years’ experience working for a GC or CM on healthcare construction projects as an Estimator or PM.
• The most recent 2 years you must have been in a full time estimating / preconstruction role.
• You must have worked on at least 2 successful hospital project proposals/bids, each in excess of $10M in construction cost.
• A 4 year construction related degree is required.
