Seeking Multi Family Construction Superintendents in Atlanta.
- Must be able to oversee all aspects of operations of a construction project including field subcontractors, schedules, quality control, safety and materials.
- Must have knowledge of all crafts and construction.
- Ability to supervise, coordinate, and schedule multiple construction crews daily required.
- Must be able to read specifications to determine construction requirements, ensuring subcontract work meets required specifications,
- Will record and manage information
- Will examine and inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to verify safety and to ensure all project specifications are met
- Must be able to travel.
- Must have experience with Multi Family Projects to include either garden, wrap, high rise or mixed use.
- New construction and renovation experience required
- At least 5 years construction project management experience required
- Knowledge of construction terms, concepts, planning, and scheduling
- Must be able to communicate professionally, have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Must be organized
- Must be proficient with a PC and Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Office)
