Southeast Developer/GC is searching for a construction Senior Estimator experienced in multifamily and commercial construction projects in the Hampton Roads area.

Responsibilities:
• This person will perform takeoffs, prepare estimates, solicit subcontractor quotes, and prepare bids and proposals, for conceptual, negotiated, and hard dollar projects. All projects are negotiated or select bid list.
• You will report directly to the Preconstruction Manager and oversee job-specific project teams.
• Typical projects are various types of multifamily, mixed use and retail. Project values range from $20M to $50M.

Requirements:
• At least 5 years’ experience working for a commercial GC, as an Estimator is required. Multifamily and commercial construction estimating experience is preferred.
• Proficient with estimating and design software such as AutoCAD, Timberline, and Bluebeam. Also, proficient with Microsoft Project and/or Primavera.
• A 4 year construction related degree is required .

Compensation: $90K-$110K, depending on experience, plus great benefits program.
