Owner’s Representative Construction Project Manager
As the Owner’s Representative Project Manager, you will lead feasibility studies, preconstruction and building efforts for new $30MM+ commercial, hospitality and industrial construction. As a leader in local Development, our client excels at understanding and providing solutions to complex building systems. This company is big enough to do complex projects with recognized clients, yet small enough where everyone is rewarded for their personal accomplishments.
Experienced with new, urban construction over $30MM and looking to take your career to the next level as an Owner’s Representative, this Project Manager’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

7+ years leading construction of commercial, industrial or hospitality construction projects.
Excited to work on complex construction projects with a solid team.
Have a strong local network and relationships.
A Communicator, working closely with architects, engineers and owners.
Degreed, preferably in architecture, building construction or civil engineering.
