Track record of exceeding expectations

0 - 3 years’ experience on ground-up construction or concrete subcontractor including office, hospitality, historical, hospital, industrial, garages, bridges
Rotate through every department as you develop your career skills including managing schedules, estimating, costs, subcontractors, suppliers, and trade partners
Exceptional communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Project, and Procore.
B.S. Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture preferred

Compensation:
$65,000 - $75,000/year along with a generous benefits package and industry leading, management training rotation program.
