Our client is a growing specialty construction contractor focused in technology. If you are looking for a fast track, this is your opportunity! This company is big enough to do complex projects with recognized clients, yet small enough where everyone is ultimately rewarded for their personal accomplishments.
Responsibilities Include:
Able to simultaneously support multiple projects of various size and scope.
Strong document control experience, capable of analyzing and organizing information, RFI’s, Submittals, change orders, etc.
An excellent working knowledge of Bluebeam or Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Communicate with owners, architects, and engineers
Experience Includes:
1 - 3 years’ commercial construction experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Degree, preferably in building construction.
