Description
A reputable and stable general contractor is looking for a Project Manager with federal construction experience on military bases. Army Corp of Engineers/USACE and/or NAVFAC project experience is also required.
Complete P&L responsibility of all aspects of the construction project. Negotiate subcontracts, manage costs, work with owner & Architect, maintain relationships with owner, A/E, and subcontractors.
This position requires at least 5-10 years’ experience with federal construction projects as a Project Manager on vertical construction projects in excess of $4M. Candidates should be local to Alaska and have worked for a general contractor with federal clients such as USACE.
A 4- year construction-related degree is preferred, but not required.
Compensation: $150K/year, depending on experience along with a car allowance and benefit package.
