Atlanta-based GC is searching for a Project Manager for commercial construction projects.  The initial assignment will be managing the construction of a large parking deck in Atlanta.

This is an excellent career opportunity for a Project Manager, or APM ready to be a PM, to join a highly respected General Contractor working on negotiated and design/build projects .

Requirements:

• A 4 year construction related degree is required.
• You must have experience working on at least one concrete frame commercial construction project as an APM or PM in excess of $10M in value.
• Experience managing the construction of a parking deck is a plus.
• You must currently live in the Atlanta area or be willing to relocate here.

$80,000 - $110,000/year depending on experience.  Full benefits and bonus package.
