Quality Control Manager / Superintendent – Vertical Construction

Reputable and stable general contractor specializing in military and government projects has a need for a Quality Control Manager/Superintendent. Your initial assignment will be for a construction project in Oahu, Hawaii and will last through 2020. There will be additional future projects in the Pacific Northwest.

At least 5-10 years’ of Quality Control experience on projects ranging in the amount of $20-$25M. Work collaboratively with assigned Project Manager on all facets of the project from construction meetings to post project documentation. Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience and at least 10 years’ experience as a quality control manager on vertical construction projects. Candidates with USACE and/or historical renovation project experience are preferred.

Compensation: $130K-$175K/year depending on experience, company vehicle, healthcare package, 401K with 5% match and PTO. Local candidates are preferred however, relocation is available for the selected candidate.
