International Developer & General Contractor with U.S. headquarters in Atlanta has an immediate need for a Senior Accountant.

This company is growing their U.S. operations. This is an excellent opportunity to join their team and advance your career while helping them grow.

Senior Accountant Responsibilities and Requirements:
• You must have at least 7 years' experience in construction accounting for a GC, CM, or Developer/builder, that built single projects in excess of $20M. – no exceptions.
• Your experience must include performing full accounting functions reconciliations, payments, payroll, taxes, etc.. for that company.
• Bi-lingual (Mandarin and English) is a plus, but not required..
• You must have a 4 year accounting or business degree.
• Experience with QuickBooks is required
• Procore experience is preferred.
• You must currently live in the Atlanta area – No relocation.

Compensation:
• $80K-$110K depending on experience plus full benefits package.
