Top 200, Southeast Regional General Contractor is searching for an experienced Senior Preconstruction Manager / Estimator for ground-up commercial construction projects for their Tampa Division. No travel required.

- This person will lead estimating and preconstruction efforts on commercial, hospitality, higher education, and high-rise multifamily projects.
- As a Senior Preconstruction Manager you prepare estimates, solicit subcontractor quotes, and prepare bids and proposals for conceptual, negotiated, and hard dollar projects.
- All projects are negotiated or select bid list.
- Typical projects are ground-up with contract values ranging from $10M to $100M.
Qualification Requirements:
- You must have at least 7 years’ experience working for a commercial GC or CM as an Estimator, or PM, on projects in excess of $20M.
- For the most recent 2 years you must have been in a full time Estimator or Preconstruction Manager role, no exceptions.
- A 4 year construction related degree is required.
