Reputable and stable general contractor specializing in military and government projects has an immediate need for a Senior Project Manager on a construction project in Oahu, HI. Future opportunities will be for construction projects in the Pacific Northwest.

• At least 10 years’ of experience on projects ranging in the amount of $20-$25M. The selected candidate must have experience working on vertical/base building construction projects with the USACE or NAVFAC.
• A solid understanding of USACE EM 385-1-1 requirements with experience in the areas of hazard identification, safety compliance, and sustainability. Familiarity with the FAR’s and DFAR’S along with scheduling experience is required.
• Current Construction Quality Management for Contractors, OSHA 10, and First Aid/CPR certification.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Building Construction, or Building Science.

Compensation: Attractive salary depending on experience, company vehicle and/or allowance, healthcare package, 401K with 5% match and PTO. Local candidates are preferred however, relocation is available for the selected candidate.
