Highly respected National Developer/Builder is searching for a Construction Senior Project Manager / Project Executive for their new Multifamily Construction Division in Raleigh, NC.

We are looking for a Construction Senior PM with strong multi-family construction experience to manage multiple projects in North Carolina.   You will be based in Raleigh.  Travel to projects 2 – 3 days/week will be required.

Requirements:

• You must have at least 10 years' experience in multifamily ground-up construction, as a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, or Project Executive working for a General Contractor or Developer/Builder.
• Experience managing the construction of large garden style apartment complexes (300+ units) is required.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineer is required.
• You must currently live in the Raleigh area, or be willing to relocate here. Reasonable relocation expenses will be paid.

Compensation:  $120,000 - $140,000/year, depending on experience, plus bonus.  Excellent benefit package: healthcare, 401K, vacation, etc...  Reasonable relocation expenses will be paid.
