Description
Well established Atlanta-based Single Family production home builder is expanding and looking for an experienced Estimator in order to continue their growth. There is excellent opportunity for growth within the company.
- You will be responsible for performing all related estimating activities include review of subcontracts/bids, performing quantity take-offs, evaluate material quotes, cost estimating and developing scopes of work and budgets..
- You must have at least 3 years of experience estimating production single family homes
- A college degree is a plus, but not required.
Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 /year plus benefits
