National Multifamily Developer/Builder with a NC office is searching for an Assistant Superintendent for a large ground-up garden style multifamily project in High Point, NC.
(This could also be an excellent opportunity for a framing or finishes foreman to move into an assistant superintendent role.)
• As an Assistant Superintendent you will work with, and report directly to, the on-site Superintendent.
• Your duties will be to assist the Lead Superintendent on all aspects of the project including land clearing, pad prep, foundations, framing, finishes, and turnover.
Requirements:

• You must have at least 2 years’ experience working as an Assistant Superintendent, or Lead foreman on framing and/or interior finishes of wood framed multifamily or hotel projects.
• 3 – 5 story multifamily, assisted living, or hotel construction experience is required.
• We want someone familiar with the area and the local subcontracting community, so you must live within commuting distance of the jobsite in High Point. No travel or per diem expenses will be paid.
Compensation:
• $90,000 - $100,000/year, depending on experience. No per diem nor travel expenses. We want someone local to the area.
