A nationally respected developer/builder is hiring a Builder / Superintendent to oversee field operations for a series of new custom residential communities in the Savannah, GA area. Projects include a mix of single-family detached homes and townhomes, with a long-term build-out pipeline already underway. These projects blend commercial-grade concrete construction with traditional residential framing, offering a unique challenge for a well-rounded construction superintendent/builder .

· Stability + Growth: Begin with a flagship 3-year development, then transition to two additional communities (360+ homes total) already in pre-construction—with more to come.

· Field Leadership: Supervise multiple homes concurrently, coordinating all work being performed by third-party GCs.

· Local Impact: Work closely with city inspectors and officials to ensure quality, compliance, and schedule alignment—while maintaining strong local relationships.

What we’re looking for:

· 10+ years of experience in residential construction, including attached and detached single-family homes and townhomes.

· Experience with commercial-grade concrete construction and traditional residential framing.

· A proven track record with a GC or developer/builder managing field operations across multiple projects.

· Must currently reside in the greater Savannah area with strong familiarity with local trades, codes, and permitting processes.
