A highly respected and regionally based general contractor is searching for solid project managers for both ground up and renovation projects.
Responsibilities
• Complete P&L responsibility of all aspects of the construction project(s).
• Negotiate subcontracts, manage costs, work with owner & architect, maintain relationships with owner, A/E, and subcontractors.
Requirements:
• Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years of project management experience on vertical construction projects more than $15M. Experience representing a general contractor is required.
• Experience on federal construction projects is preferred but not required.
• Vertical construction experience is required. Design Build experience preferred.
Compensation: $110-150K/year, depending on experience. Bonus potential, car allowance, benefit package to include healthcare. Local candidates are preferred.
