Construction Project Manager
A highly respected and regionally based general contractor is searching for solid project managers for both ground up and renovation projects in VA and/or NC.
Responsibilities
· Complete P&L responsibility of all aspects of the construction project(s).
· Negotiate subcontracts, manage costs, work with owner & architect, maintain relationships with owner, A/E, and subcontractors.
Requirements:
· Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree with 7-10 years of project management experience on vertical construction projects more than $15M. Experience representing a general contractor is required.
· Experience on federal construction projects is preferred but not required.
· Vertical construction experience is required. Design Build experience preferred.
Compensation: $130-145K/year, depending on experience. Bonus potential, car allowance, benefit package to include healthcare. Local candidates are preferred but reasonable relocation will be offered to the selected candidate.
