Company Overview:

A highly respected general contractor is seeking dedicated Construction Quality Control Managers for multiple locations in the Mid-Atlantic Region and Southeast. This is an excellent opportunity to work on federal construction projects with USACE or NAVFAC.

Key Responsibilities:

· Implement and maintain Three Phases of Control for vertical construction projects.

· Conduct preparatory, initial, and follow-up meetings and inspections.

· Maintain and update the project submittal log, provide daily QC reports, and lead/document QC meetings.

· Identify, create, and submit RFIs (Requests for Information).

· Coordinate and document testing and commissioning of building systems.

· Document and manage pre-punch lists, punch lists, and their completion.

Qualifications:

· 5–7+ years of experience in construction quality control on federal construction projects (USACE or NAVFAC required).

· Experience with vertical construction (ground-up or complex renovations) on projects of at least $10M. Additional opportunities for QCs with smaller project experience.

· Strong understanding of RMS, QCS, and EM 385-1-1 regulations.

· USACE CQC Certification or equivalent is highly preferred.

· A 4-year degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture is preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits:

· Competitive salary: $120K–$150K
