Description
A leading national real estate owner, developer, contractor and property manager is searching for a Director of Construction to join their team longterm in NY.This person will be an instrumental part of the GC team and will be responsible as PX for leading all ongoing construction projects and leading/developing PM's, APM's, Business Managers and Estimators on successful completion of projects.This role is unique in that all current projects are in-house with the goal of growing the business to manage outside projects as well.Ideal candidate will:Be willing to relocate close enough to work in Westchester County, NY (in the office)BS degree or MS degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture or related7-10 years of construction experience - ideally commercial Ability to travel 1-2 nights per week on average If you are interested in discussing this excellent opportunity in confidence, please contact us at info@carolinasearchgroup.com
