Create construction cost estimates and maintain project cost reports
Understand details of project scope
Excellent subcontractor relationships
RSMeans, Excel, or other estimating software
Past or current project manager experience preferred
Capable of analyzing and organizing information
Communicate with owners, architects, and engineers

Experience Includes:

Minimum 7 years’ commercial construction experience
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
Degree, preferably in engineering, building construction or similar
