Job Description: General Manager – Construction Material Supply
Location: Norcross, Georgia
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Overview:
Atlanta-based Construction Investment Company is seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead their wholesale construction materials supply business. This executive-level position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing sales and procurement strategies, maintaining vendor and client relationships, and driving long-term growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of the construction supply industry, particularly in masonry and lumber, along with proven leadership and operational management skills. Sales and other support personnel will report to this person.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of management experience in a construction material supply business or related industry
- Strong knowledge of masonry, lumber, and general building materials
- Proven track record in operations, sales management, and team leadership
- - Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and P&L reporting
- Proficient in inventory and logistics management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Construction Management is a plus, but not required.
