Highly Respected general contractor is searching for an experienced federal estimator for all divisions. Projects consist of both ground up and/or complex renovations ranging between $25M-$300M.
• Responsible for reviewing proposal specifications or solicitations, and drawings to determine the scope of work.
• Solicit subcontractor/vendor quotations and respond to inquiries.
• Experience with fixed price, design build and/or self-perform.
• Track estimated costs vs. actual costs and provide additional pricing for circumstances that may arise during construction such as change orders and procuring extra items.
• A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in an estimating position on large vertical (ground up) buildings and/or complex renovations.
• Experience estimating all divisions of commercial or federal construction projects. Federal construction experience is preferred.
• Experience with Timberline, Sage and/or On-Screen Takeoff is preferred.

Compensation: $130K - $160K, depending on experience, plus healthcare benefits, 401K. Local candidates are preferred, however reasonable relocation will be offered to the selected candidate.
