Lexington based Mechanical Contractor is searching for an experienced HVAC, plumbing, and piping Project Manager for construction projects in the greater Lexington, Kentucky area.
This company performs mechanical and plumbing work on all types of commercial, industrial, and healthcare construction projects. They are growing and need a solid PM to help them continue that growth. Advancement opportunities are excellent. (The president of the company worked his way from tradesman to president of the company.)
Requirements:
• You must have worked in construction for a minimum of 5 years.
• Must have experience in Project Management with an HVAC & Plumbing contractor or with a General Contractor
• Must be computer literate and able to schedule projects.
• Knowledge & experience with control systems is a plus.
• Experience working on commercial or industrial campus settings with a central plant for heating and cooling is also a plus.
• Your experience can be with new construction, system upgrades, or maintenance.
• A college degree is not required.
• This is an office-based position. Very little travel (1-2 days/month)
• You don’t need to currently live in the Lexington area – reasonable relocation expenses will be paid for you to relocate here.
Compensation:
• $85,000 - $110,000 depending on experience. Bonus potential. Company pays 80% of the cost of health care premiums for employee and dependents. 4% matching 401K.
