Our client is a Regional and Local construction leader, building legacy projects in Austin for 30 years. As a Preconstruction Manger, you can feel confident engaging with this community, leading a team of some of Austin’s best builders.
Requirements/Responsibilities:

Minimum of 10+ years of commercial preconstruction experience or related field experience with a general contractor and/or a major subcontractor.
Skilled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills while serving as a team player, providing conceptual and detailed estimates on complex commercial projects.
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in construction management, engineering, or related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
Interest and ability to attend and engage design/coordination meetings and industry events, as well as maintaining positive relationships with subcontractors, vendors and clients/owners.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated problem solver.
