Description
A 50+ year multifamily developer/builder is seeking an experienced construction Operations Manager / Sr. Project Manager. With a solid reputation for stability and success, even during economic downturns, this company offers long-term career opportunities with a commitment to their employees’ growth and financial security.
This company is transitioning to be an ESOP (Employee owned). You will be eligible to be part of the ownership.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee garden-style multifamily construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Collaborate with site superintendents and subcontractors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Very little travel will be required. If/when necessary, most will be day travel.
Requirements
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in multifamily construction, student housing, or senior living.
• At least 2 of your projects as a PM must have been wood frame in excess of 200 units each.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• You must currently reside in the greater Savannah area.
Compensation and Benefits
• Salary: Open, depending on experience.
