Description
A 50+ year multifamily developer and builder is seeking an experienced construction Operations Manager / Sr. Project Manager. This company is transitioning to be an ESOP (Employee owned). You will be eligible to be part of the ownership.
This company is located on the north side of I-285 and all projects are north of I-285 between I-75 & the GA-400 corridor.
Position: Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee garden-style multifamily construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Collaborate with site superintendents and subcontractors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Visit job sites 1–2 days per week to monitor progress and address challenges.
Requirements
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in multifamily construction, student housing, or senior living.
• At least 2 of your projects as a PM must have been wood frame in excess of 200 units each.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• You must currently reside on the north side of the Atlanta area. No extended commuting.
Compensation and Benefits
