Project Superintendent – Commercial Construction

Our client has an immediate opportunity for a construction superintendent with ground-up and tilt-wall project experience. If you have a proven track record of successfully building commercial, medical / MOB or higher education projects from the ground up, we’d like to talk with you.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Scheduling and management of commercial projects.

Set jobsite direction.

Construction supervision of ground-up projects up to $20 Million

 This work is all negotiated with private clients. There are not layers of management to make decisions for you. We are looking for go-getters with a track record of making smart decisions. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Strong computer experience is required.
