Our client is a leader in Job Order Contracting. As Regional Manager, you will lead Client Development and day-to-day business operations. Projects include commercial, aviation, and education through both traditional and JOC delivery in the greater Dallas Metroplex. This is a growth opportunity for a person with strong local relationships. Requirements:

At least 12 years’ experience including leadership responsibilities with a local builder
Demonstrated excellence in communication and team building skills
A track record of developing successful client relationships and delivering solutions
JOC management and delivery for aviation, K-12, higher education and/or other commercial construction clients.
Negotiating Contracts and Scope of Work with Owners
RSMeans, AutoCAD, BlueBeam, Procore, Microsoft Office (Excel, Project Management, Word)
Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or other degree with above experience in the construction industry.
