Description
Atlanta-based Single Family home builder that has been in business for over 50 years and is expanding and looking for an experienced Builder / Project Manager in order to facilitate that expansion into the Milton, GA area. Typical home values are $2M - $10M.
• Candidates must currently live within a 25-mile radius of Milton, Georgia.
• You must have at least 5 years’ experience in the construction of ground-up single family homes as a Builder, Project Manager, or Superintendent.
• This company has well established policies & procedures, so you must have strong skills in preparing detailed documentation, scheduling, and cost tracking.
• Custom home experience is a plus, but not required.
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience, plus benefits, & bonus.
