A well established and highly respected residential development firm is searching for an experienced civil site development PM for projects in and around Anne Arundel County.
PM Responsibilities/Requirements include:
• Candidate must have at least 5-7 years’ experience managing the site work for land development of residential communities.
• Managing the civil site development process from bid solicitations/negotiations, project budgeting, field engineering, zoning, permitting, plan review, site clearing, utilities installation, grading, paving, inspections, regulatory compliance, and bond release.
• Managing self-performing crews, equipment, and subcontractors to develop land for home and amenities construction in new communities.
• Meeting with officials during the installation and inspection of civil construction, infrastructure, and home construction lots.
Compensation:
• $110K-$125K/year depending on experience and qualifications. Bonus potential. 401K with match.
