Description
Highly respected general contractor has an immediate need for superintendents for both ground up and renovation projects in Hampton Roads. This general contractor has a regional focus so no major travel is required.
Requirements:
• Must be able to build and maintain excellent relationships with the client and subcontractors.
• High school diploma and at least 5-7 years of experience as a Superintendent on renovation and/or ground-up vertical construction projects more than $10M. Experienced in commercial, federal and/or multifamily construction projects.
• Work collaboratively with assigned Project Manager on all facets of the project from pre-construction meetings to post project documentation.
Compensation: $100K-$130K depending on experience, car allowance/company vehicle, great benefit package to include healthcare.
