Proven builder, successfully leading medical / MOB, education or municipal projects
Ground-up and/or Renovation and TI
Scheduling and management of commercial projects
Experience managing multiple projects
Degree preferred but not required
Entrepreneur mindset and a self-starter, we don’t micromanage. Track record of building great relationships with owners and team. We are looking for go-getters with a track record of making smart decisions. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Strong computer experience is required.
