Atlanta-based Multifamily developer/builder is searching for an Accountant experienced in construction accounting.

You will be responsible for project accounting on multiple projects.

Requirements:

• You must have at least 4 years' accounting experience, with at least 2 years in construction accounting for a subcontractor or General Contractor.
• You must have Accounts Payable and General Ledger experience.
• Experience with Procore and YARDI Software is a plus.
• A 4 year accounting degree is highly preferred. A business degree with at least 5 years’ experience as an accountant in construction may be considered.  No “similar” degree will be considered.

Compensation:

• $70K-$80K depending on experience, plus full benefits package.
