Description
Focused on negotiated work, as an assistant project manager you work for clients who want new, data driven buildings as well as rehabilitating some classic buildings into modern work environments. In this role you will work as the principal point of contact with the developer, design team and owner.
Track record of consistently delivering for your clients
5+ years managing complex projects
Exceptional communication and team building skills
Preconstruction or Estimating experience a plus
Degree, preferably in engineering, architecture or building construction
The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for managing projects from award through close-out. The projects are a good mix of commercial, hospitality and labs, both ground up and tenant improvement. This company is big enough to do complex projects yet small enough where everyone is ultimately rewarded for their personal accomplishments.
Salary is commensurate with experience and includes base, bonus, and strong benefits package.
